We are now one of the largest independent executive search firms in the country.
We have 34 people operating from offices in Cheshire, London and Edinburgh. Combining ethics with a clear customer and commercial focus continues to drive our growth. We’re large enough to handle major UK, international and multi-role assignments, but not so big that we are restricted by off-limits issues.
Many of our team have worked in blue chip companies, so they understand the pressures and challenges of senior management.
Most of our Directors and Consultants have joined us from top global executive recruitment firms, seeking the flexibility and independence of working for a boutique search firm.
