Andrew Tallents - Director

Andrew is responsible for leading the strategic development of our Industrial practice. He has over fifteen years’ experience in attracting and assessing both Executive and Non-Executive Directors across a broad range of international businesses that take their leadership development responsibilities seriously.

Four years in junior management positions at United Utilities plc provided valuable operational insight, which Andrew used in his subsequent management recruitment roles with Norman Broadbent and Spencer Stuart. Before leaving to join Warren Partners in 2003, Andrew headed up the latter’s European Transportation practice, where he worked for clients in the transport, aerospace, civil aviation and business-to-business service sectors.

Passionate about sport, music and comedy, Andrew likes to get involved in charity work.
