Andrew White - Director

Andrew is a Director working within our Retail & Consumer Practice. He operates across several key sectors, including Consumer, Online and Sport, and has developed a strong track record of recruiting senior level talent across a range of functional areas.

Andrew has worked in executive search since 2006, joining Warren Partners initially as a Researcher before progressing into the Consultant role. After further developing his experience of recruiting at Board level, he became a Director in 2011.

Passionate about assessment and development, Andrew holds an MSc Occupational Psychology and Level A & B psychometric qualifications recognised by the British Psychological Society.

Outside work, Andrew enjoys travelling as well as being a passionate sports fan. He has a particular interest in rugby and endurance events, having completed several triathlons, duathlons and long-distance running events.
