Charles José McGarry - Director

Charles has worked in executive search since 1988 and has extensive experience of conducting UK and international search assignments at Board and senior management level. He is part of Warren Partners’ Board Services Practice, working across our key sectors including Industrial, Retail & Consumer and Financial Services. A linguist, who has lived in both North and South America, Charles has undertaken search assignments throughout Europe, the Middle East and the Americas and is leading the Warren Partners international search capability.

Charles began his career with Ernst & Young, before moving into executive search, initially specialising in the appointment of Finance Directors. As well as retaining unrivalled expertise in this area, he has also amassed extensive cross-sector experience across a broad range of Chairman, NED, CEO, COO and functional leadership roles.

His interests include sport, music, travel and family.
