Deborah Cooper - Director

Deborah is responsible for leading the strategic development of our Financial Services practice. She has significant experience in attracting and assessing talented business leaders across a range of Executive and Non-Executive roles for a variety of consumer-oriented, values-driven clients.

Prior to joining Warren Partners in 2005, Deborah was a Consultant with global search firm Heidrick & Struggles where, in addition to her consultancy work, she was responsible for regional marketing and co-ordinating an international research team. Her recruitment career began with Norman Broadbent, where she led an assessment services practice.
