Joëlle Warren - Executive Chairman

Joëlle leads the Board Practice for Warren Partners, advising on Executive and Non-Executive appointments at Board level across all sectors. She has a depth of knowledge in Chair and Non-Executive Director appointments and is passionate about improving effectiveness in the boardroom.

Prior to setting up Warren Partners in 1999, Joëlle was Finance Director and then a Partner in the financial services practice of a national search firm based in Manchester. Her first career was in banking with Lloyds Bank in London, with management roles in corporate and retail banking, then leadership coaching.

She holds a number of public appointments, including Vice Lord-Lieutenant of Cheshire, Chair of the Cheshire Community Foundation, Chair of the Advisory Board for Manchester Metropolitan University Cheshire and a Bishop's Selection Adviser for the Church of England.

Recent personal achievements include qualifying as a ski instructor, walking the Machu Picchu Trail with her husband and sons, and cycling 500 kilometres alongside the Great Wall of China for charity.
