Karen Jones - Finance Director

Karen is the Finance Director of Warren Partners and is responsible for the business's financial strategy and management. She provides support to Joëlle, the Executive Chair, and works alongside Vicky, the Managing Director, in shaping the future strategic development of the company. Rather unusually for a Finance Director, Karen also has a keen interest in marketing and is responsible for the consultancy's marketing strategy and day-to-day marketing.

Before joining Warren Partners, Karen headed up the finance function of two subsidiaries of a newly formed group of companies in the IT recruitment and consultancy services industry. She started her career with PWC before moving to Ernst & Young in the Corporate Finance & Advisory Services department, where she specialised in due diligence and fraud investigation work.

Karen also serves on the Boards of The Grange School, Hartford and Great Northern Events, a not-for-profit company that champions and promotes high-quality craft. Karen has a love for travel and is also a keen sportswoman. A regular tennis player and skier, she has also taken part in triathlons, mountain climbs, charity cycle rides and several long-distance runs.
