Mike Penny - Director

Mike is a member of the Retail & Consumer practice, specialising in Senior Management and Board-level executive search across a broad range of PLCs and privately owned businesses. He particularly enjoys working with organisations that recognise the need to provide talented individuals with rewarding and challenging opportunities.

Prior to Joining Warren Partners in 2003, Mike spent five years at Norman Broadbent International, working with a broad portfolio of blue chip clients and was previously Managing Director of boutique executive search company, Harling Menzies.

A keen interest in keeping fit sees Mike spending his free time at the gym or on his Concept 2 rowing machine.
