Mike Tobin - Director

Mike has responsibility for the strategic leadership of the Retail & Consumer Practice. He has a wealth of experience in attracting and placing talented executives at senior operational management and Board levels within the Retail/Consumer Goods and Service sectors, both in the UK and internationally.

Prior to his executive search career, Mike held a number of senior leadership roles within leading retailers. He worked internationally for four years, including two years living in Asia, establishing and managing businesses.

Mike has also developed franchise operations in Eastern Europe, specifically in Russia and Hungary. It is this operational experience that enables Mike to understand and fulfil his clients’ needs.
