Vicky Lawton - Managing Director

Vicky is the Managing Director of Warren Partners and works closely with the Executive Chairman and the Finance Director to lead and deliver the business strategy through the wider team. She has responsibility for operational management across all business activities, with particular focus on people development and continuous improvement.

Before joining Warren Partners, Vicky was the Director of Customer Care for Your Communications, where she was responsible for customer lifecycle management, retention and growth. Her career began in high growth entrepreneurial SMEs operating in the financial services and, latterly, telecommunications sectors, where her range of responsibilities included general management, customer care, acquisition and integration.

A keen cyclist, she enjoys spending time in the great outdoors.
