Monthly Reflections Blog: Putting the learning back into leadership.

Our guiding principle is “passionate about supporting leaders who want to learn”.

The reality is both are necessary but the former gets more money and attention spent on it.

When we develop ourselves as leaders, the expansion of our capacity and capability is energising and uplifting for us and those around us. Where you have people at the top of organisations who are committed to learning and make time for it themselves, the ripple effect is enormous. An openness to learning means that we are also open to unlearning unhelpful patterns and mind sets. It creates a culture where exploration and questioning is the norm and a curiosity which does not always accept the status quo.

We passionately believe that working with a skilled leadership coach can deliver this deeper learning quickly and produces early returns for the organisation.

We support leaders not only to do the learning but crucially to apply the new found learning immediately. Our methodology does not short circuit the learning process but it does speed up the impact of it on the organisation. A recent comment after a six month programme was “you helped me make a leadership journey I never even knew existed and the results have been transformational for me and my organisation”.

That is why we are “passionate about supporting leaders who want to learn”.
