As a Consultant with Warren Partners, Ben is tasked with actively identifying and engaging senior executives within a wide range of industries. He is focussed on delivering Director and C-Suite level roles in the consumer and industrial practice.

Prior to joining Warren Partners Ben spent 8 years as Researcher with market leading search firms operating in both the public and private sector. He has a wealth of experience in attracting and placing talented executives and his broad range of experience means he is equally at home seeking a Sales Director for a plastics business, as recruiting the Senior Economist for a regulatory body. His personal philosophy is that successful recruitment begins and ends with finding and engaging great candidates; as such, each candidate should be treated with the highest degree of respect and care.

Ben initially pursued an early career in television post production, having studied Media and Sociology at Southampton Solent University. Outside of work Ben tries to allocate time fairly to his family and a growing portfolio of hobbies, whilst playing bass guitar in a “globally ignored” rock covers band.
