Back in 1999, we started with just two faithful clients and a philosophy - 'Treating others as we want to be treated'.

It's certainly not the most complex of ideas. But it seems, in a sector not known for trumpeting its moral values, that few have taken it on board. While for us, it's what we're all about. Simple as that.

Because it's also a great business idea, our philosophy has seen us grow spectacularly - winning the trust of clients and candidates at the highest levels. In fact, we're now one of the largest independently-owned companies of our kind. As well as one of the most dynamic and progressive.

But no matter how big we get, we'll retain our independence. After all it's what enables us to stay flexible and respond to the needs of the individuals, companies and markets we serve.

We've always had the feeling that there was a far better way of doing things. With our refreshingly ethical approach, we're continuing to prove it.
