Tom Manger quoted in Manchester Evening News
On 29 November 2007, the MEN quoted Warren Partners Director, Tom Manger, in an article looking at the disadvantages of leaving a job in a 'blaze of glory'.
Tom said: "Even one outburst could severely damage your reputation, especially since the employment pool has become something of a merry-go-round.
"Individuals now spend on average only three years in a position, which vastly increases the chances of meeting your ex-colleagues in another company further down the line.
"A recent example of someone who handled dismissal well was ex-England manager, Steve McClaren, who kept his composure and came across positively in press interviews."
