Andrew Tallents - Director

"Strength lies in differences not in similarities."

Andrew has over 12 years' experience in advising a wide range of companies on how to attract and retain highly talented individuals.

Andrew graduated in Business Studies from Salford University before joining United Utilities plc as a graduate trainee. After four years in a variety of junior management roles, he joined Norman Broadbent Selection to establish a middle management recruitment business in the North of England.

In 1997 Andrew joined Spencer Stuart, a leading global executive search firm specialising in board level appointments, working in the their UK Industrial practice, gaining experience in UK and international senior management appointments across a wide variety of functions and sectors.

Before leaving to join Warren Partners in 2003, Andrew headed up the European Transportation practice where he worked for clients in the transport, aerospace, civil aviation and business to business service sectors. He is now responsible for developing the Business to Business practice for Warren Partners. He is passionate about sport, music and comedy and likes to get involved in charity work. Andrew is married with two children and lives in Cheshire.
