Deborah Cooper - Director

"There is no substitute for talent."

Deborah has significant experience in recruiting at senior levels across a full range of functional and technical roles. She primarily focuses on UK retail financial services, a market which she has extensively searched into to identify emerging and existing talent. Specific expertise includes retail and corporate banking, insurance and cards markets.

Deborah also has cross sector experience and knowledge across a variety of international consumer and business to business markets. Deborah is responsible for the development of the Professional and Financial Services practice.

Prior to working with Warren Partners, Deborah worked for Norman Broadbent where she led an assessment services practice. She then moved to the Manchester office of Heidrick and Struggles, where in addition to her consultancy work, she was responsible for regional marketing and managing an international research team.

An expert in search, Deborah possesses significant experience in the assessment and development of people. Credentials include an MSc Marketing, BSc Organisation Studies and psychometric qualifications recognised by the British Psychological Society.
