Judith Nicol - Deputy Chairman

With significant experience across all industry sectors, Judith has specialised in senior executive recruitment for over 18 years; latterly as a Partner with a leading global firm specialising in board level appointments.

Judith has a degree in Modern Languages from Cambridge University, and her interest in the development of the individual has led her to become a fully qualified Senior Management Coach. Also a qualified Psychometric Assessor, she is a graduate of the Coaching Training Institute, and has recently completed a postgraduate programme focusing on coaching within the corporate arena.

Working predominantly within businesses in the North West, she has the capability to significantly improve the immediate impact and long-term success of high potential individuals, as well as established performers who want to raise their game further still. Judith also coaches teams, typically at board level, who want to strengthen the contribution they make within their organisation.
