Mike Penny - Director

Mike is a member of the Retail and Consumer practice and specialises in executive search - embracing middle to senior management and board level positions across a broad range of businesses.

Mike's commercial experience was gained with a number of blue-chip consumer goods companies, including Mars Inc, Philip Morris and Burton's Biscuits. Prior to joining Warren Partners, Mike spent five years with Norman Broadbent International and was previously Managing Director of boutique search company, Harling Menzies.

Mike joined Warren Partners in 2003 to continue the growth of the Retail and Consumer practice. With extensive knowledge of the retail and consumer sectors, his prime focus is establishing Warren Partners as the acknowledged advisor of choice with our clients.

Mike is married with three daughters and lives in Yorkshire.
