Mike has over 30 years' experience in the retail/consumer goods and services sectors, with his operational success complemented by experience in major head office functions. He has spent four years in an international role, including living in Asia for over two years, establishing and managing businesses. Mike has also developed franchise operations in Eastern Europe, specifically in Russia and Hungary.

For the past 10 years, Mike has been a successful recruitment consultant, establishing a strong client base, developing close working relationships and gaining a full understanding of each company, specifically their unique culture and environment. His business background enables him to contribute to each client's needs by ensuring a commercial focus is complementary to the recruitment process.
