Sara Gemmell - Director

Sara is focused on the UK Technology, Media and Telecommunications sectors helping clients to acquire talent in this converging and dynamic industry.

She has over 20 years' experience working throughout the Technology sector for both large global corporations and small to medium size businesses.

After graduating from the University of Strathclyde with a BSc in Computer Science, Sara joined Hewlett Packard where she spent 15 years of her career in a variety of management positions including Sales, Marketing, Business Development and Professional Services.

Sara then joined the management team of service provider, XTML, growing the business to the point where they were acquired by Telenor, the Norwegian Telecommunications company. She was promoted to the operational board of the UK subsidiary with the responsibility for Marketing and Business Development.

Prior to joining Warren Partners, Sara worked in management consultancy advising clients on their Marketing, Sales and Channel strategies. Sara is part of the growing Business to Business practice at Warren Partners.
