Tom Manger - Director

A Politics graduate from Leicester, Tom held a number of sales management roles before joining a London consultancy to handle executive recruitment in the City. He moved into professional services recruitment with Hays plc in 1994, becoming a Director with Norman Broadbent in 1999.

For the past five years, Tom has established a strong reputation across a number of sectors, recruiting executives for PLCs, SMEs and international organisations. He has successful relationships with automotive, telecom, utility and manufacturing organisations and is part of the Business to Business practice at Warren Partners.

Tom also has a proven track record within the professional services sector with long standing relationships with several major accountancy firms.
