Vicky Lawton - Operations Director

Vicky has responsibility for the operational effectiveness of all of our business support functions, enabling our consultants to focus wholly on delivering the highest quality of service to our clients and candidates.
A graduate of Business Administration from Manchester Metropolitan University, Vicky has over 10 years' experience of driving customer focused business improvement initiatives within both the financial services and telecoms sectors.
As General Manager at Eurocall Limited, a privately-owned telecoms company, she implemented a customer centric business model and played a big role in the rapid growth of the business.
Before joining Warren Partners, Vicky was Customer Care Director at Your Communications, a £200 million subsidiary of United Utilities. Her role involved delivering significant improvements in service to 18,000 business customers during a major commercial acquisition.
