Tim Kemp - Director

Tim graduated with a Chemistry degree from Durham University, before holding a variety of senior sales and marketing roles in the pharmaceutical and packaging industries.
Following an MBA, he worked as a management consultant for a division of the Jefferson Smurfit Group specialising in strategic marketing, before leaving to start up his own consultancy in 1993.
He has over 15 years consultancy experience, which includes the development and implementation of a national award winning Business Development Programme aimed at high growth SMEs and divisions of PLCs.
Having moved into executive recruitment with Whitehead Mann, Tim joined the Business to Business practice of Warren Partners in 2007, focusing in particular on helping high growth organisations realise their full potential.
