We are pleased to welcome Julia Fearn to the team of Directors at Warren Partners.
Julia specialises in the Financial Services sector. During a career in executive search spanning more than 20 years, Julia has advised challenger brands in the retail banking, building society and insurance sectors on board-level search assignments. She has established a particular strength in Chief Financial Officer search, working with an extensive network of loyal clients.
Julia lives in Yorkshire, and will serve PLCs, mutuals and large privately-owned businesses across the country from Warren Partners‘ London, Cheshire and Edinburgh offices.
“Warren Partners has an excellent reputation within the Financial Services sector for in-depth market knowledge and the ability to consistently deliver outstanding talent,” said Julia. “Combined with their values and ethical approach to serving clients and candidates, this made joining the team absolutely the right fit for me.”
Julia began her career in resourcing with a FTSE 100 plc before setting up her own specialist finance recruitment company, Charterhouse Recruitment, where she was Managing Director for eight years. The catalyst for the creation of the business was her vision to ‘do things differently’ and provide a true consultancy service for clients and candidates based on the principles of respect, integrity and honesty.
Following the successful sale of her company in 2007, Julia became a partner at a boutique executive search firm where she led the Financial Services practice for six years.
Julia is a regular at the gym, runs half-marathons, cycles and has recently taken up skiing with her young family.
Welcoming Julia to the 30-strong team, Managing Director Vicky Lawton said: “Our Financial Services practice is exceptionally busy, working with market-leading clients to find the right executive talent to guide them through the unprecedented challenges and opportunities within the sector. Julia’s values chime exactly with our own, and she will make a major contribution to our ambitious growth plans for our Financial Services practice.”
