As a Consultant with Warren Partners, Ben is tasked with actively identifying and engaging senior executives within a wide range of industries. He is focussed on delivering Director and C-Suite level roles in the industrial practice and across the wider business.

Prior to joining Warren Partners Ben spent 8 years as Researcher with market leading search firms operating in both the public and private sector. He has a wealth of experience in attracting and placing talented executives and his broad range of experience means he is equally at home seeking a Sales Director for a plastics business, as recruiting the Senior Economist for a regulatory body. His personal philosophy is that successful recruitment begins and ends with finding and engaging great candidates; as such, each candidate should be treated with the highest degree of respect and care.

Ben initially pursued an early career in television post-production, having studied Media and Sociology at Southampton Solent University. Outside of work Ben tries to allocate time fairly to his family whilst also seeking stardom playing bass guitar in a rock band.
