Julia Fearn


Julia leads the Financial Services Practice at Warren Partners. She brings a breadth of experience across a variety of sectors with specialist expertise in banking, building societies, insurance and fintech across start-ups, challengers and established financial services brands. She advises Boards on recruiting Non-Executives/Chairs and supports Executive/C-suite appointments including CEO’s across a range of functional disciplines.

With a reputation for building long-term relationships built on trust and transparency, she has an established network of senior contacts which includes clients, candidates, regulators and advisors. Over her career, Julia has also established a strength in CFO search and has built a strong reputation in these appointments recruiting for plc’s, private equity and privately-owned businesses across different industries. Julia is a passionate champion of diversity and committed to the key role Warren Partners plays in helping clients build balanced and diverse high performing Boards.

Julia began her career in resourcing with a FTSE 100 plc before setting up her own business, Charterhouse Recruitment, where she was Managing Director for eight years. Following the sale of her business, Julia became a Partner of a boutique search firm before joining Warren Partners in 2014.

Julia is an advocate for wellbeing and knows that to thrive at work her time away is important. She enjoys reformer pilates, cycling, running, skiing and spending time with her young family including the latest addition, Jock a border terrier puppy. Most recently she was also appointed as an Interview Coach for Smart Works, a charity that supports unemployed women dress and prepare for interview.
