Nicola graduated with a First Class Honours Degree in Business Studies and is an active member of the 30% Cross Company Mentoring Scheme for rising female talent, member of the NWBLT 'rising stars' group. CBI Future Leaders and the CBI Under 35 Committee. A former competitive rower, Nicola loves the outdoors and now enjoys taking part in half marathons and triathlons as well as skiing and open water swimming.
