“Vicky's approach reflects the motivations and ambitions that lie at the heart of Warren Partners”
Vicky has developed her career while bringing up three boys and she holds dear the premise on which the business was founded: “It is possible to win in business without losing in life.” Her approach reflects the motivations and ambitions that lie at the heart of Warren Partners: “To be the very best in all we do by continuously learning and evolving, both individually and as an organisation.” Vicky’s background in customer care and life cycle management has helped hone the Warren Partners client proposition and create an environment in which people excel and results are valued.
Before joining Warren Partners, Vicky was the Divisional Customer Care Director for a FTSE 100 business. Her early career was spent in a high-growth, entrepreneurial SME, which achieved Sunday Times Fast Track 100 ranking through organic growth and numerous acquisitions.
Vicky enjoys spending time with her family in Anglesey, walking in the Peak District, cycling the length and breadth of the Cheshire plain and acting as occasional golf caddy for her teenage sons.
