Judith Nicol has been coaching leaders and leadership teams for over a decade and is supported by a small cohort of highly experienced expert coaches, all used to working at board and senior level. She has co-authored with Lancaster University and has developed her own culture and leadership self-assessment diagnostic tools.

Richard Marshall is a business psychologist and as well as his executive coaching work, plays a critical role in leadership assessment for key appointments. He is accredited with APECS, the leading professional body for executive coaches.
