Alison specialises in financial services, with particular depth across insurance and retail banking. She advises on Executive and Non-Executive appointments for listed organisations, private companies, SMEs, trade associations and purpose-driven institutions. Her work includes Board and Committee Chairs, Independent Non-Executive Directors, CEOs, COOs, CCOs, MDs and senior functional leadership roles, as well as regulatory appointments within financial services.

Her career combines international breadth with deep sector insight. Alison began her career delivering senior appointments for non-profits and international development organisations operating in emerging markets, building a deep understanding of complex stakeholder environments and diverse organisational models. Prior to joining Warren Partners, Alison spent time with a leading global search firm, gaining insight into senior talent markets and the evolving expectations placed on boards and executive teams.

Alison is a committed advocate of diversity, equity and inclusion. She works to ensure inclusive and equitable practices are embedded throughout the search process and has contributed to sector-wide initiatives, including working with the ISC Group, to advance female leadership within the insurance industry. She has also led internal programmes focused on strengthening belonging, representation and allyship.

Outside of work, Alison enjoys the theatre, particularly musicals, and plays badminton when she can. She has roots in Hong Kong, where she spent her childhood, something that continues to influence her outlook. She is a strong advocate for diversity and inclusion and is committed to fostering environments where everyone feels at home.
