We focus on search

We build and support diverse boards and executive leadership teams across the UK and internationally. To do this we draw on: our agility and reach, across sectors, geographies and organisation types; our network of diverse talent and enduring client and candidate relationships; and our well-defined but flexible end-to-end search process.

Purpose may be something of a buzzword these days, but we’ve been working that way for years. For decades we’ve helped to build diverse boards and leadership teams to deliver positive sustainable change. We do this with heart because people matter to us. Our B Corp journey

This year, Warren Partners has started on the journey towards B Corp certification, joining a global movement for an inclusive, equitable, and regenerative economy.  We are working with UK for Good to achieve this.

 

B Corp Certification designates that a business is meeting high standards of verified performance, accountability, and transparency on factors ranging from employee benefits and charitable giving to supply chain practices and input materials. In order to achieve certification, we are expected to:

 

  • Demonstrate high social and environmental performance
  • Make a legal commitment to be accountable to all our stakeholders, not just shareholders
  • Exhibit transparency by allowing information about our performance to be measured against B Lab’s standards and made publicly available

Chapter Zero

Warren Partners has partnered with Chapter Zero in recognition of the urgency associated with the transition to a net-zero economy. The aim is to help ensure that companies recruit climate-competent non-executive directors who are equipped to lead crucial boardroom discussions and decisions on the impact of climate change.

 

To this end, we have signed a joint declaration which states that we will: “raise the issues of sustainability and specifically the board’s climate change capabilities with every board client and candidate, and that we will assess every chair and non-executive director candidate for their competence on climate change issues”.

Social Mobility Foundation

Improving socio-economic mobility is equally important to developing a more diverse workforce and ultimately a stronger pipeline to executive positions.

 

We support the Social Mobility Foundation by donating a percentage of our profits and giving practical support to young people from disadvantaged and low-income backgrounds, such as mentoring, career workshops, help writing CVs and personal profiles.
