As Technology, Data and Transformation Lead, Tom leads Warren Partners’ technology, data and transformation agenda, ensuring the firm has the digital capabilities and insights required to support its continued growth and deliver an outstanding experience for clients and candidates.

Tom is responsible for the firm’s technology strategy, data governance, information security and business transformation initiatives. He works closely with colleagues across the business and external partners to identify opportunities for innovation, improve operational effectiveness and embed new technologies, including AI and automation, into everyday ways of working.

Combining a strategic perspective with a hands-on approach, Tom helps translate technology into practical business outcomes. His focus is on enabling smarter decision-making, improving efficiency and supporting Warren Partners’ continued evolution as a leading executive search and leadership advisory firm.

Having spent more than 15 years with Warren Partners, Tom brings a deep understanding of the firm’s business, culture and strategic priorities. He previously served as an elected member of the Employee Ownership Trust (EOT), helping to ensure that decisions remained aligned with the interests of colleagues, the firm’s shared values and its long-term purpose.

Outside work, Tom is often found on the golf course, where enthusiasm normally outweighs consistency and continuous improvement remains very much a work in progress!
