As People, Brand and Engagement Lead, Sophie helps bring the Warren Partners brand to life, for our colleagues, our clients and the leadership community we serve. She leads the firm’s social media and digital presence, delivers our programme of internal and external events, and looks after the people processes that keep our employee-owned business connected and engaged.

Working closely with the Partners and our Leadership Team, Sophie turns priorities into practical action, from supporting business development and marketing plans to championing the colleague voice. Guided by our values of Excellence, Partnership, Authenticity and Independence, she is committed to making Warren Partners a great place to work and a firm clients are proud to be associated with.

In her spare time, Sophie loves to be out in the countryside – she is an avid horse rider and enjoys going on adventures with her border terrier.
