Tim has a depth of experience across a broad range of sectors including, B2B services, technology, energy, chemicals and pharmaceuticals. In addition to placing candidates in senior executive and board roles within UK and international market leaders, Tim also has an impressive track record partnering with high-growth, private equity backed and family businesses in relation to board and C-suite roles. He plays a key role in our Infrastructure, Industrial and Manufacturing practice, with a particular focus on emerging, technology-led segments that are driving the transition to increased sustainability.
A qualified Hogan and Wave psychometric assessor, Tim also supports boards in providing the depth and detailed assessment needed to hire the right employees, identify and develop talented individuals, and build better leaders.
Tim’s approach to both executive and non-executive search is informed by his genuine interest in his clients and desire to partner with them to solve issues. He brings a determination to seek wider perspectives and context in relation to assignments, which is often reflected in the breadth, depth and diversity of candidates featured on his shortlists.
Before joining Warren Partners, Tim was a Consultant with Whitehead Mann, working within their Industrial Practice. This followed a successful career in strategic consultancy and management roles in both the pharmaceutical and packaging industries.
Tim is a trustee on the Warren Partner’s employee owned trust (EOT) and acts in a mentoring capacity with a number of organisations supporting social mobility as well as being involved with Warren Partner’s charitable activities. Outside work, he is an enthusiastic golfer who also enjoys painting and cooking (“where art meets chemistry”). He has also taken part in various triathlons and is a passionate Leeds United fan!Back to search
