Ben has a wealth of experience in attracting and placing talented executives across a broad range of sectors, focusing mostly on delivering director and C-suite level roles. Much of his work supports clients in our wide-ranging Infrastructure, Industrial & Manufacturing practice area, but his breadth of experience means he is equally at home seeking a Sales Director for a plastics manufacturing business as a Senior Economist for a regulatory body. Ben’s personal philosophy is that successful recruitment begins and ends with finding and engaging great candidates; as such, each candidate should be treated with the highest degree of respect and care.
Prior to joining Warren Partners, Ben spent eight years as a Researcher with market leading search firms operating in both the public and private sector. His early career was in television post-production following his degree in Media and Sociology at Southampton Solent University.
Outside of work Ben tries to allocate time fairly to his family whilst also seeking stardom playing bass guitar in a rock band.
