Rachel is an elected member of the Warren Partners Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) Board.
Prior to joining Warren Partners, Rachel worked for boutique executive search firms with a focus on consumer, retail and sporting goods sectors. She began her career supporting strategy consulting teams at McKinsey & Co, ultimately managing the Research and Information Department in the London office.
Rachel is a dog lover, enjoys a long walk in the country and takes time to enjoy the small things in life.
