Monique is a purpose-driven executive search consultant with over 15 years’ experience supporting clients across Financial Services, Technology and Transformation. She has delivered senior leadership, executive and Board-level appointments for a wide range of organisations, from specialist businesses and challenger banks through to listed and regulated institutions. Her experience spans banking, investment management, governance, risk, technology and transformation functions.

With a background in Computer Science, Monique brings a naturally analytical approach to search, combining rigorous research, market intelligence and candidate assessment with genuine curiosity about people and leadership. She enjoys uncovering exceptional talent that may otherwise be overlooked and works closely with clients and candidates to deliver thoughtful, evidence-based hiring decisions. Her focus is always on understanding what great leadership looks like in context and helping clients make confident, well-informed appointments.

Purpose has been a consistent theme throughout Monique’s career. Having spent much of her professional life working within executive search businesses recognised for their commitment to diversity and inclusion, she is passionate about broadening access to leadership opportunities and challenging conventional thinking around talent. She believes the strongest appointments are made when organisations look beyond the obvious and consider a wider range of experiences, backgrounds and perspectives.

Outside of work, Monique advises a women’s health and sport charity and is passionate about helping women realise their potential both professionally and personally. She is also a competitive bodybuilder, having won multiple British and World Figure titles, and values the discipline, resilience and continuous improvement that high-level sport demands.
