Nia manages all aspects of finance for Warren Partners and is a key member of the executive team. She plays an important role in supporting the firm’s strategic direction and driving performance across the business. Focused on improving processes and delivering efficiencies, Nia combines strong financial leadership with a practical, solutions-led mindset. She has a keen interest in using technology to solve problems and brings a forward-thinking, commercial approach to her work.

In addition to her executive responsibilities, Nia serves as a Board Director, contributing to high-level decision-making and the continued development of the firm.

Before joining Warren Partners, Nia held number one finance roles across several SMEs, where she partnered closely with leadership teams to support growth and operational improvement. She qualified as a Chartered Accountant with BDO and spent many years in audit before moving into industry.

Outside of work, Nia can often be found on the side of a football pitch cheering her children on. She enjoys live music, comedy evenings, the theatre and true crime podcasts. Nia has two dogs and loves nothing more than taking them on outdoor adventures.
