Nikki takes the lead with our technology and digital, consumer and social impact clients, who span start ups and scale ups, high growth pure plays, established and listed providers and businesses undergoing digital evolution – both in the UK & EU and internationally, particularly the US. She advises and builds boards and senior leadership teams across all functions and has an impressive track record of appointing experienced C-suite executives as well as first time chief executive officers and board members.
A qualified Hogan assessor, Nikki also supports boards with the assessment of executive and developing talent, including internal candidates.
Nikki likes to partner with her clients, working transparently and collaboratively but with appropriate challenge to ensure the very best talent is appointed. She enjoys bringing the right depth of experiences and fresh perspectives to the most disruptive, purpose-led and transformational businesses. Nikki also has a depth of experience in research-led consultancy, particularly talent mapping, diversity pipelines, and benchmarking. Personally recognised (by FTSE Women Leaders) as a strong advocate of the benefit of diversity in business, Nikki works closely with the Warren Partners colleagues to ensure that we are championing the work of the FTSE Women Leaders and Parker reviews and 30% Club amongst others.
Nikki actively contributes to a number of key initiatives, with membership of the following groups and organisations: the 30% Cross Company Mentoring Scheme for rising female talent; Deputy Chair of the North West Business Leadership Team Rising Stars Committee; CEO peer mentoring membership organisation, Vistage; alongside business advisory groups/boards such as BetheBusiness.
A former competitive rower, Nikki loves the outdoors and now enjoys taking part in half marathons (the occasional Marathon – Venice complete, where next?) and triathlons as well as skiing and open water swimming.Back to search
