Drawing on a career spanning over 25 years in business and strategic research, Elaine can flex her skills to cover any role, business type or sector. At Warren Partners, Elaine puts the client first, setting out to understand their needs, taking a determined and creative approach to identifying talent and working collaboratively with the assignment team to match the right candidate to each unique requirement. She enjoys getting to know and engaging candidates and the satisfaction of seeing them progress and shine in their new roles or careers.
As co-founder of a research agency, Elaine has been delivering insight and analysis that helps clients make better business decisions for 15+ years. Prior to this, she spent over ten formative years as a research analyst and manager with McKinsey & Co. As a result, she brings a highly analytical skillset and deep experience of research-led consultancy to Warren Partners, often supporting clients with talent mapping, competitor benchmarking and market insight, and contributing to Warren Partners internal research and thought leadership.
Elaine has a particular interest in difference and neuro-diversity in all walks of life, but especially in education and the work-place. She is a governor with responsibility for special educational needs at an Ofsted outstanding rated and highly diverse secondary school and a mentor with the Social Mobility Foundation.
Outside work, Elaine is most happy when her energetic family successfully aligns lives and moods, which is most likely to be round the dinner table, up a hill, in water and most definitely on holiday.
